Pathways idea
Each week we are designing our own learning timetable. We are given a blank sheet (like the one below) to map out Monday-Thursday learning.
Each day we have workshops to opt into, the ones being run next week are: 1. spelling rules; 2. sentence structure; 3. punctuation, we write up our names under the number (book in) then we attend.
After a week of doing this, Mrs Sutherland hopes to integrate maths as well. We will see how we go. Watch this space...

WALT: We are learning what energy sources are renewable/nonrenewable
WALT: We are investigating how our school/our home can be
self-sufficient?
Recap:
1. One week of immersion – guest speakers etc

G) – Science focus circuits, conductors, energy sources (lemons, potatoes, sea,
wind) physics focus.
3. R3(Mrs
S) – renewable energy – fossil fuels, future focused, different countries =
energy saving
NOW: A Combination of the last 5
weeks of school = your new Passion Project.

You have till the 4th July to pull together your
passion project.

You can present it in any way you want: oral, visual, written
report, multimedia presentation.

Remember to include an action (so what, now what??)
